Terms of Service

 

Refunds:

  • Please note that all transactions and payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee.

    • We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee (referred to herein as "Our Satisfaction Guarantee". If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service completion. We will promptly return to re-do the work at no additional cost. It's important to give us the opportunity to address any concerns within this timeframe to qualify for Our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Damage Claims:

     •  Any claims for damage must be reported to The Kleaning Station within 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will promptly investigate the claim and determine an appropriate course of action.

Access: 

    • Please ensure your home is accessible by providing a unique door code or lockbox code. A fee will be applied if our team cannot access your home due to incomplete or incorrect information provided.

 

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Payment:

  • We accept most forms of payment, including but not limited to: cash, check, credit card, and debit card.

  • Payment via credit card is subject to a four percent (4%) processing fee.

Supplies:

  • We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own supplies, please inform us in advance.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer-provided supplies or equipment.

 

Pets:

  • Pets should be secured or placed in a safe area during the cleaning service to ensure the safety of both your pets and our team.

  • Please inform us in advance if there are any special instructions regarding pets.

 

Insurance:

  • Our company is fully insured for your protection. In the unlikely event of accidental damage or loss, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will handle claims in a timely and professional manner. However, we are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or pre-existing conditions.

  • We recommend that irreplaceable or high-value items be secured or removed from areas to be cleaned.

Utilities:

  • Customers are required to provide access to electricity and water during the cleaning service.

  • Our team needs access to electrical outlets for vacuum cleaners, lights, and other equipment.

  • Water access is necessary for cleaning purposes.
     

 

Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling and using our cleaning services, you agree to these terms

and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
